How we handle your email
What we keep
Your email address, when you signed up and confirmed, and which version of this notice you agreed to. If you signed up on one of our ad pages (like jointheoutft.com/parenting), also which page it was, the ad's short campaign code, and your place in line for that page's offer. Nothing else: no name, no IP address, no tracking. We set no cookies; our host's network sets one 30-minute security cookie that we never see.
Why
To send you one email when Outft launches. If you signed up on an ad page, also to get in touch about early access and that page's offer (for example, six months free for honest feedback). We won't send you anything else, and we never sell your email, share it, or use it for ads. Which page you came from is only for counting how each page does and who gets an offer.
Who handles it
- Outft keeps it on our own server, encrypted.
- Resend delivers our emails, so it sees your address when we send you one.
- Our website and server run on DigitalOcean, which uses Cloudflare to deliver pages. Like any website host, they see your IP address when you visit. We don't keep it.
How long
- If you don't confirm within 7 days, we delete your address.
- Once you've confirmed, we keep it until 30 days after the launch email, then delete it.
- You can delete it any time before that (below).
Your choices
Every email from us has a link that removes your address at once. You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@jointheoutft.com.
Adults only
The list is for people 18 or older. If you're younger, ask a parent to sign up.
Who we are
Outft LLC, Colorado, USA. What changed on 28 October 2026: the ad page, campaign code and offer place, and the early-access emails for people who sign up on an ad page. If we change this notice, we'll say what changed and ask before using your email in a new way.
